Terms of Use

simchecker.pk is a free information guide, not a service. There is nothing to buy, join, or type here — the only interactive thing on the whole site is an email link. These terms explain what the site does, what it does not do, and what we ask of you. Using the site means you accept them.

A guide, not a service

Every page here is plain reading material. The site runs no lookup box, keeps no accounts, and has no login. Reading a page creates no contract for any check or lookup. Nothing on this site can return another person’s name, CNIC, or address — and no lawful public page in Pakistan can either.

The checks we describe — the 668 SMS code, the portal cnic.sims.pk, and the MNP message to 667 — belong to PTA and the mobile operators, not to us. We explain them. We do not run them, and we see nothing you send to them.

Accuracy, and its limits

We build every page from first-party material — PTA pages, press releases, and the text of the law — and we date each review. This page was reviewed on 28 August 2026. Even so, fees, codes, and rules are set by PTA and the operators, and they can change without telling us. Before you act on anything here, confirm it with the official source. Any charge for 668, 667, or 76367 is the operator’s own, billed by them.

No warranty

We offer this site as it is. We do not promise that every detail stays correct after its review date, that the site is always online, or that an official code will answer on your network at any given moment. If a detail here does not match what PTA or your operator says today, the official source wins.

Not legal advice

Some pages describe the law in plain words, including Section 16 of PECA 2016. That is general information, not advice about your situation. If you face a real PECA matter — your identity was misused, or someone accuses you of misusing theirs — speak to a lawyer or call the NCCIA cybercrime helpline at 1799.

Acceptable use

Use this site to understand your own SIM record and your rights. Do not lift our wording to promote any page that claims to reveal a stranger’s SIM details. Sites sold as “pak sim data” or a “sim database” hold no operator feed, and obtaining another person’s identity information without authorisation is an offence under PECA 2016. Our text may not be used to dress up that trade.

Copyright and quoting

The original text on simchecker.pk belongs to simchecker.pk. You may quote short passages if you link back and name the site. Do not republish whole pages or rebuild this content somewhere else. Wording we quote from PTA, the courts, or the statute book stays the property of its owners, and we say where it comes from.

External links

We link to official destinations — cnic.sims.pk, the PTA Complaint Portal, and the law itself — because those are the places to verify against. Each is run by its own body under its own terms. A link here is for your convenience, not an endorsement of everything on the other end, and we do not control what changes there.

Liability

To the fullest extent Pakistani law allows, simchecker.pk is not liable for any loss that follows from using this site, from being unable to use it, or from acting on information an official body later changed. Your safeguard is simple and free: check the official source before you act.

Independence, changes, and contact

simchecker.pk is an independent information site. PTA, NADRA, NCCIA, and the mobile operators have no connection to it and no responsibility for it. We may update these terms, and the review date at the top tells you when we last did. Questions about these terms are welcome through the contact page or at [email protected].

Plain terms for a plain site: read freely, verify officially, and quote us with a link.
